When deciding which Tankless Inc. Water Heater to purchase, you need to answer two questions:

1.	How much hot water do I need? You can compute it from the fixture usage chart below. The chart illustrates the typical flow rates (demand) for some standard fixtures: However, fixtures as in showers with multiple showerheads or whirlpool baths may require considerably more hot water.
*Please* add up the usages shown from the fixtures that you expect to use at the SAME time. Normal maximum usage is one shower and one sink which totals 2.0-3.5 Gallon per minute. Please be sure and answer this question fairly. If you must use each fixture at the same time then a tankless solution may not be for you. We believe that the VAST majority of the time no more than two fixtures are in use at one time. If the number reaches three fixtures at once you need a large unit and if it goes to four consistently you need to stick with the tank product.
2.	How much do I have to heat the water? Obtain it from the the zone chart below. Please review the zone chart, to determine how much you need to heat the water based on where you live. If you select the Tankless2009 product do the computation based on moving two zones south as we have a product that heats your ground water with no energy input to your house temperature.
