Vacubreakers - Heating and Cooling Low Pressure Chiller System Two Models: Regular and Multi-Function
This instant hot water circulating machine brings low pressure centrifugal chiller to atmosphere or is used for pressurizing for lead checking by warming refrigerant to the desired temperature and pressure.

This product has been tested for residential tankless hot water application, commercial heating of water, oil and other liquids. The elements are manufactured by Chromalox.

Our basic model VB-24-A weighs less than 60 lbs. and produces 24 KW of heating at 240 or 480 volts and can easily be converted to accommodate 208-277 Volt power supplies. A temporary power supply can be connected to the chiller starter. (Tankless does not supply the wiring and fusing) The unit has a separate 120 Volt control voltage supply that also powers the circulator pump.

There is a switch that can reduce heating from 100% capacity to 50% to provide fingertip control of the rate of heat transfer to the refrigerant. On chillers over 1000 tons, higher capacities can be obtained by connecting two units in series, or use one connected to the evaporator and one the condenser.

In addition, an optional pressure switch can be supplied. The unit comes with a 15' hot water hose and longer hoses are available at additional cost.
