This application is for a large commercial dishwasher. The customer uses this heater to create 8 gallon per minute of 135 degree water. Their dishwasher heats the water the rest of the way to 180 degrees.

The 72 KW used here could have been coupled with a 54 KW Tankless Inc. heater to do the complete job but they stayed with the dishwasher heater because it was already in place.
