Large application, large peak demand, 180 degree output. This customer has a truly high volume restaurant and needed a high capacity solution for both peak and ongoing use. The total usage per hour at the 140 degree level was over 300 gallons.

We designed a system that included a 125 gallon tank unit and added our 54kw unit as a booster heater for his dishwasher and kitchen usage.
