This application is for a hotel with a high level of usage for 30 rooms. The 50 gallon reservoir tank and timer allows the 54 KW unit; which at 184k BTU per hour is normally a 10 room heater, to supply the needs for a 30 room hotel. The setting of 145 on the reservoir tank also allows a small capacity unit to supply a large operation.
