The 36kw tankless heater shown here does 3.1 GPM at an eighty degree temperature rise. The customer is using this for a sterilization application. The customer decided to do this option and wait a little longer for their hot water. They really wanted 12 GPM at an eighty degree rise but that would take a 72kw unit and they did not have the power for that large a unit.
