This application is for a restaurant that has a bar on one floor and another bar and kitchen on the first floor. The overall capacity required 4-5 gallon per minute at a 60 degree rise. The standard temperature settings for the restaurant of 125,145, and 180 were used. The 36kw heater’s output of 122k BTU per hour is a good fit for this application.
