This application is for a food manufacturer who had a need for 4-6 gallon per minute of 200 plus degree water to keep a product from hardening. The inbound water temperature of a minimum of 45 degrees Fahrenheit meant the application required a two heater solution. The first heater is used to get the water hot and the second one is to move it close to boiling.
There were also pressure relief valves installed at the job site for safety purposes and an enclosed area to guard against hot liquid harming any individuals.
