Stainless Steel Electric Tankless Hot Water Heater Model CERO-72-KW – This electronic board controlled unit produces water within a tight temperature range. The output temperature is adjustable from one degree more than the inbound fluid temperature to 185 degrees Fahrenheit.

Stainless steel heat exchangers and incaloy elements insure a long life for the basic structure and allow usage with De-ionized water or in food applications.

Our largest electronic unit, the 72KW produces over 245K BTUs and heats over ten gallons per minute by 50 degrees Fahrenheit. With its optional 1” in and out pipe the heater will work in high volume operations where you need a limited amount of temperature increase and volume.

With no standby heat loss because of its on demand design the heater is extremely efficient. When not in use the unit uses only the energy necessary to power a small pilot light. On a flow of ¼ gallon per minute the unit will go to maximum output in 1/60 of a second.

Voltage: Three Phase: 208, 240, 277, or 480 Volts Delta Configuration. Y or Delta configurations are both available with delta being the standard. There is no cost difference but you must be sure of your configuration as there is no way to field convert the unit.

Mixing valves cost from $100 for 3/4 output pipe size that will flow 12 GPM to $575 for 1 1/4 output pipe size with
a flow of up to 30 GPM will reduce temperature variations and allow more than one output temperature at the same time.

This is very helpful in restaurant applications and other industries where you have needs for more than one temperature of water from the same tankless heater. We have numerous Mixing Valves to choose from. Our Sample application drawings are here.

Make sure you buy the stainless pumps to go with the heater as that is a non standard option.

NEMA 4 enclosures and eye wash station packages are available for our larger units and can be found on the NEMA 4 options page.

Our standard pressure switch at a cost of $75 insures the unit is not energized unless you have fluid coming to the unit. This option also comes with a delay switch that delays turn on of the unit upon restart to afford another level of safety. Max AMPs:  Maximum AMPs vary with voltage. Check the Engineering Chart to determine what amperage you need. Voltages available are: Three Phase: 208, 240, 277, 380 or 480 Volts.
