Electric Tankless Hot Water Heater Model CE-72-KW - Tankless Water Heaters heat water directly without the use of a storage tank. Therefore, they avoid the standby heat losses associated with storage water heaters. This twelve element electronic board controlled unit produces water within a tight temperature range. Output temperature is adjustable from one degree more than the inbound fluid temperature to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. This feature allows many uses.

This is our largest electronic unit and it delivers a constant supply of hot water. At 72KW it heats over ten gallons per minute by 50 degrees F. With its optional 1” in and out pipe the heater will work in high volume operations such as eyewash stations where you need a limited amount of temperature increase and volume.   It meets all ANSI Z 358.1 tepid water requirements.

Voltage: Three Phase: 208, 240, 277, or 480 Volts Delta Configuration. Y or Delta configurations are both available with delta being the standard. There is no cost difference but you must be sure of your configuration as there is no way to field convert the unit.

Mixing valves at costs from $100 for 3/4 output pipe size that will flow 12 GPM to $575 for 1 1/4 output pipe size with
a flow of up to 30 GPM will reduce temperature variations and allow more than one output temperature at the same time.

NEMA 4 enclosures and eye wash station packages are available for our larger units and can be found on the NEMA 4 options page.

Our standard pressure switch at a cost of $75 insures the unit is not energized unless you have fluid coming to the unit. This option also comes with a delay switch that delays turn on of the unit upon restart to afford another level of safety. Max AMPs:  Maximum AMPs vary with voltage. Check the Engineering Chart to determine what amperage you need. Voltages available are: Three Phase: 208, 240, 277, or 480 Volts.
