Our copper and brass heat exchangers insure a long life for the basic structure and the optional 1” in and out pipe allow 25 gallon per minute to flow thru the heater.

At 276K+ BTU per hour this unit works well in large applications and is field upgradable to the 108KW. Compact and powerful this heater is a true workhorse.

Voltage: Three Phase: 208, 240, 277, or 480 Volts Delta Configuration – A 110 volt control circuit plug-in is included with each 480 Volt Model. A 208 Volt control circuit is included with the 208 Volt Model and a 240 Volt control circuit with the 240 Volt Model.

Mixing valves at costs from $100 for 3/4 output pipe size that will flow 12 GPM to $575 for 1 1/4 output pipe size with a flow of up to 30 GPM will reduce temperature variations and allow more than one output temperature at the same time.

An Electronic Temperature Control for $100 increases the adjustability of the temperature of the output fluid when used in a circulating system.

Our standard pressure switch at a cost of $75, insures the unit is not energized unless you have fluid coming to the unit. This option also comes with a delay switch that delays turn on of the unit upon restart to afford another level of safety.

Our standard thermostat selections of 110, 125,135,145,155, 185, or 200 are included in the list price and allow you to select select an output temperature that meets your requirements.

Max AMPs:  Maximum AMPs vary with voltage. Check the Engineering Chart to determine what amperage you need. Voltages available are: Three Phase: 208, 240, 277, or 480 Volts.
