Electric Tankless Hot Water Heater Model C-108-KW - This electro-mechanically controlled unit is extremely rugged and has minimal working parts. The copper and brass heat exchangers insure a long life for the basic structure and the 1” in and out pipe option allows more that 25 gallon per minute to flow thru the heater. As our largest heater it is primarily used in large volume operations including eye wash stations, process manufacturing systems, and housing/hotel applications.

Voltage: Three Phase: 208, 240, 277, or 480 Volts Delta Configuration – A 110 volt control circuit plug-in is included with each 480 Volt Model. A 208 Volt control circuit is included with the 208 Volt Model and a 240 Volt control circuit with the 240 Volt Model.

Mixing valves range from $100 for 3/4 output pipe size that will flow 12 GPM to $575 for 1 1/4 output pipe size with a flow of up to 30 GPM will reduce temperature variations and allow more than one output temperature at the same time.

This is especially helpful in applications where you have needs for more than one temperature of water from the same tankless heater. We have numerous Mixing Valves to choose from. Sample application drawings are here.

An Electronic Temperature Control for $100 increases the adjustability of the temperature of the output fluid when used in a circulating system.

Various pumps and tanks are available for use with our circulating systems. Please review the commercial options page for individual item pricing on pumps or tanks and to see pictures of those options.

NEMA 4 enclosures and eye wash station packages are available for our larger units and can be found on the NEMA 4 options page.

Our standard pressure switch at a cost of $75 insures the unit is not energized unless you have fluid coming to the unit. This option also comes with a delay switch that delays turn on of the unit upon restart to afford another level of safety. Please review the commercial options page for individual item pricing on this and more sophisticated pressure switches.

Our standard thermostat selections of 110, 125,135,145,155, 185, or 200 are included in the list price and allow you to select select an output temperature that meets your requirements.

Max AMPs: Maximum AMPs vary with voltage. Check the Engineering Chart to determine what amperage you need. Voltages available are: Three Phase: 208, 240, 277, or 480 Volts.
