This customer uses water to cool the jackets in dies. At start up every morning they heat the water in the jacket to warm and dry out the tooling to avoid condensation on the inside of the die. Any condensation inside the tooling could cause an explosion so this heating application is a critical process. That allows them to pour molton metal into the die to manufacture the specific part.
